On the Boards: Spring 2024
We have many exciting projects in the works ... here is a glimpse of a few new designs that have moved from drawing boards to digital design.
The goal of this project was to create a family home where the outdoor living spaces feel like an extension of the main level that flows in every direction. Integrated with the natural slope of the site, the home will connect to an outdoor fire pit, pond, and pool via stone pathways. The project is anticipated to begin construction in the spring of 2025.
Tucked into the hillside, this charming home is designed to be congruent with the landscape and to flow with the natural surroundings while providing ample space for working professionals balancing work and play. Our clients can enjoy nature from the wrap-around porch or privately work in their home library and study or connected studio with a private entrance.
Sitting on a steep slope, this home design centers around the views to Mount Mansfield and the ridgeline of the Green Mountain range. The unique location allows for multi-level patios and engaging level changes from the main house to the lower hot tub patio and deck. The main living area will feature an elevated ceiling and 12-foot wide doors to frame the exterior views.
