Project Manager / Architect / Designer
Experience in custom residential design and knowledge of construction methodology is required.
Requirements / Skills:
Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, or Graduate of an Architectural and Building Engineering Technology program
Licensed architect or non-registered graduate with a minimum of 7 years of experience as Project Manager working in high-end residential and/or commercial projects
Strong background in construction methodology, and a working knowledge of wood frame construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience working collaboratively with design team and experience with directing CAD staff
Thorough working knowledge of national codes, local codes and building code review
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, clients, and consultants simultaneously
Capable of developing working drawings into completed construction documents
Detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills:
Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and hand drafting skills
Experience with residential interior design
Experience with residential site/landscape design
