Stoney Hill Master Plan

Cushman Design Group is proud to have collaborated on the Stoney Hill Master Plan. The project encompassed a new municipal fire station, creating and permitting three commercial building lots, and an affordable housing neighborhood, while maintaining an existing hiking trail across the site. The Bristol Firehouse, designed by CDG, was completed in 2017. CDG also designed the new company headquarters and manufacturing facility for All Earth Renewables on one of the commercial building lots; they relocated to the site in 2024. While CDG developed the initial conceptual and schematic designs for the housing development, the final design was completed by Steve Schenker of S2 Architecture and the Firehouse Apartments celebrated their grand opening in 2023.
