Stowe Medical Office Building

The building owner came to us asking for a simple addition to respond to a single tenant's request for more floor space. The opportunity quickly presented itself to accommodate multiple tenants' requests throughout the building. We were able to make appropriate energy upgrades, increase the overall salable square footage for the owner and improve the aesthetics and functionality for multiple tenants including Stowe Family Practice, a pharmacy and a law office, as well as addressing parking and site access improvements.
