Spruce Peak at Stowe Village Plaza

The programmatic goal of the design charrette with the real estate development team at Spruce Peak at Stowe was to design three commercial buildings to be located in the village plaza among the new multi-story hotel, Spruce Peak Base Lodge and hospitality related buildings.

Retail, restaurant and iconoclastic public gathering places were designed to offer intimacy, protection of human scale and beauty to visitors and residents of the village. The architectural style was intended to be complementary and compatible with the buildings under construction and completed as part of the Spruce Peak at Stowe resort development.
