Stowe Land Trust Moravian Cabin

We were commissioned by the Stowe Land Trust to perform an existing conditions survey of the Moravian Cabin at the Mill Trail Property on the West Branch of the Waterbury River. The goal of the project was to analyze the existing conditions, work with the Stowe Land Trust Building Committee to share ideas for potential building uses and to develop anticipated budgets associated with the various options for the building and property. Stowe Land Trust is currently in the process of fundraising in order to manifest a multi-phase construction process to execute the findings of our collaboration.
