Nancy Kole

David Koschak

Nancy’s fascination with architecture began at a young age, stemming from a love of art and interior design and growing to a broadened passion through exploring the works of the early Design-Build movement. She is inspired by thoughtful, intuitive design, appreciation for the natural setting, and the understanding that a client’s contentedness with their space ultimately defines whether or not a building is successful.

She earned her Bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of Colorado and attended the University of Utah’s Design Build Bluff Graduate Architecture program – an intensive Public Interest Design Build program in partnership with the Navajo Nation and Bluff, Utah. After graduating, she worked in multi-disciplinary firms in Colorado and California, gaining experience with varied project types from healthcare to high-end custom mountain homes before moving back home to New England.

Outside of the office, Nancy can be found in the pottery studio, exploring mountain trails and camping.
